Job Summary:

Performs routine and complex laboratory tests for diagnostic and treatment purposes in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards. Responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining quality systems, and providing instructional support when needed.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Work Experience:

No prior experience required

Licenses/Certifications:

Completion of a formal training program in an approved MT, MLS, or MLT program

Registered as MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP), MLT (ASCP), or equivalent certification

Required Skills & Abilities:

Compile and analyze statistics

Accurately input data into computer systems

Maintain laboratory logs and documentation

Operate CRT and diagnostic laboratory equipment
