Job Title: Production Associate - $16/HR - 1st Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling custom windows and door walls. You will work in one of four areas: Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements. Our facility offers ongoing training on different sub-assemblies to support your growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly of windows or doorwalls, including measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials.
  • Repetitively lifting and moving materials weighing between 10-50+ lbs.
  • Punching holes into materials and stripping them as needed.
  • Utilizing hand tools and potentially operating machines, saws, or welding equipment.
  • Placing flexy glass on frames.
  • Performing repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending.
  • Stocking and cleaning workspace and general areas.
  • Completing other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, with training provided on usage.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quotas.
  • Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
  • Flexibility to bend, twist, and squat during the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to read a tape measure is a nice-to-have skill.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
