They areoperationally mature, resourceful, and solution-oriented—someone who naturally takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and keeps things moving without needing constant oversight. They enjoy building systems, improving efficiency, and taking pride in high-quality execution. Outside of work,they likely enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, working on vehicles, and spending time with family. They are motivated by achievement, ownership, and the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role overseeing fleet and equipment operations across multiple branches. We need someone who can keep our fleet and equipment running at a high level while helping improve efficiency, organization, and systems along the way.
