Breckenridge ISD is seeking applicants for the position of Head Volleyball Coach at Breckenridge High School. The district is looking for a motivated leader committed to developing student-athletes and building a strong program culture across grades 6–12. Program Expectations: Develop, promote, and grow a strong volleyball program culture (6–12)Support and encourage multi-sport athletes Embrace the athletic department's commitment to sports performance and strength&conditioning methods Demonstrate the ability to coach and develop all athletes, not just top performers Work collaboratively with coaching staff and administration to support overall athletic department goals Provide leadership in program development, organization, and athlete development Requirements:Texas teaching certification (teaching field TBD) CDL required or willingness to obtain Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to student-athlete development and program culture Compensation: Additional coaching stipends available Compensation based on experience and expertise
