Corporate Investment Manager– Real Estate Investments $125,000 - 150,000 + BONUS
We are partnering with a privately held, vertically integrated real estate development and investment firm in the Greater Houston area seeking a
Corporate Investment Manager
to support underwriting, investment analysis, and portfolio performance across a diversified real estate platform.
This is a deal-facing, investment-oriented finance role working directly with leadership on acquisitions, development projects, and capital allocation decisions.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain financial models for development and acquisition opportunities
Support underwriting and investment committee materials
Analyze deal returns, cash flows, and portfolio performance vs. pro forma
Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support investment decisions
Partner with development and acquisitions teams on deal structure and economics
Support capital planning, financing, and portfolio strategy
What we’re looking for
5–10+ years in real estate investment analysis, development finance, REIT, or PE real estate
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Experience with underwriting, deal analysis, or investment committee support
Deep understanding of real estate economics and capital structures
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
