Job Title: Press Assembly 1st Shift

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM 2:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Job Description:

We're hiring for full-time Press Assembly workers in Akron! This is a 1st shift position with immediate start. Team members will be responsible for assembling parts using presses and hand tools, ensuring all components meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate press machines and assemble parts as directed

Inspect parts for defects and proper assembly

Package finished products for shipping

Follow safety guidelines and work instructions

Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly a plus

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
