Architectural Designer / Intern Architect / Architect (Revit) - Akron, OH - JOB (phone number removed)

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 Permanent Position with Benefits

Responsibilities:

All minimum requirements listed for CAD Technician (Revit/AutoCAD)

Minimum Requirement 5-year Architectural Degree

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, involved in production of precision

Technical plans, drawings, and models.

Visit job sites to compile measurements, as necessary.

A minimum of three (3) years experience working under and either a professional Architect or

Professional engineer

Ability to analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements and other technical

Documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.

Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.

Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs.

Prepare cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
