***Applicant will need to obtain Property & Casualty insurance licenses for KY within 2 weeks after start date*** Position will start part time MON/WED/FRI 8:30am-5:00pm until fully licensed then will be full time.
Responsibilities
Set appointments for Agent and Team Members
Assist walk in customers in our lobby
Answer phones and take payments/answer questions/policy changes
Use our texting app to text customers for reviews
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Cold call on outbound leads
