Maintenance Assistant, Chapel Hill Mall

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Canal Pointe - As the Maintenance Assistant, you’ll help achieve our mission to ensure our healthcare center is safe, well-maintained, and ready to serve our patients and residents. Your primary role will be to support and perform the duties of the maintenance department to ensure the facility is maintained in good repair and all systems are incompliance with applicable safety and fire regulations as well as federal, state, and local building codes. What You Need · High School Diploma or Equivalent. · Valid Driver’s License. · One (1) year experience in commercial maintenance or related trade. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently or as part of a team. · Ability to work flexible hours as needed If this sounds like you, then come join us!
