Fence Installation - Experienced Crew Foreman, Akron

Duties (Include but are not limited to):
Lead, direct and train installers at jobsite
Interact with customers if needed and communicate with operations manager
Responsible for quality and timeliness of installtion
Load and unload supplies on trucks in preparation for work day
Follow directions from crew leaders while developing skill sets
Install various types of fences, including wood, aluminum vinyl, and chain-link
Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation
Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
Mix and pour concrete
Attach fence panels or pickets to posts using appropriate hardware
Cut and shape materials as needed to fit specific dimensions
Repair or replace damaged sections of existing fences
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Skills:
Maintain a positive can-do attitude at all times
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles during installation process
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
Note: Prior experience as a fence installer is required.
Additional training will be provided for candidates with relevant skills and a strong work ethic.
