Yard Worker– 1st Shift (Full Time)

Location: Copley, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Saturday overtime) Pay: $19 to $20 Job Summary: A well-established lumber company in Copley, OH is seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Worker to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity for long-term employment in a stable and growing company. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift and material handling experience and be comfortable working in a warehouse or outdoor yard environment.Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move lumber and building materials Stage and organize materials for transportation and delivery Assist with receiving and inventory control of incoming shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform general labor duties including stacking, banding, and wrapping materialsWork outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed Requirements: Prior forklift and material handling experience required Experience in a warehouse or lumber yard environment preferred Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Team-oriented and willing to learn new tasksSafety-conscious and able to follow company procedures Why Join Our Team: Full-time, long-term opportunity Steady 1st shift schedule with some overtime availability Supportive team environment with hands-on training Opportunities for growth within the company
