launch and lead a new ABA program

OT, PT, SLP, and counseling teams

Key Responsibilities Manage a BCBA caseload (28–30 billable hours/week) Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (OT, PT, SLP, Counseling)Train caregivers and provide parent guidance Analyze behavior data and adjust treatment plans Ensure compliance with BACB and funding requirements Support program development and clinical growth initiatives Why This BCBA Role Stands Out Lead a new ABA program
