Join the Environmental Design Group Team– Where People and Purpose Meet Salary Range: $18-$22 Location: Columbus or Akron Department: Transportation or Site Development Employment Type: Temporary Work Arrangement: Hybrid Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Landscape Architecture Intern to join Environmental Design Group. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in Site Development or Parks and Trails, depending on your education, skills, and career goals.Requirements 3rd-year BSLA or higher, including MLA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative and related design software CAD experience is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under company policy What You'll Do Communicate regularly with your team and Project Manager about progress, schedules, and budgetsPrepare plans, documents, and calculations to support your department's goals Develop skills in your discipline through hands-on experience and mentoring Support a range of tasks, from designing and drafting to site visits, depending on your role What Makes You a Great Fit Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively. Physical and Travel Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Local travel during business hours may be required.
