$62,400 to $124,800 per year based on experience and production

Full-time schedule averaging 40 hours per week

Monday through Friday schedule

Winter on-call weekend installs approximately December through February

Your New Role

Based out of North Canton, Ohio, serving residential customers within an approximately 40-mile service radius

Lead residential HVAC installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor comfort systems

Perform complete HVAC system replacements and new system installations according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes

Oversee job site workflow while maintaining high-quality workmanship and efficiency

Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation timelines, system operation, and recommendations

Ensure compliance with safety standards, HVAC installation procedures, and company quality expectations

Complete installation documentation accurately and on time

Support and mentor Installer Assistants when assigned

Participate in a ride-along during the interview process

Hiring Expectations:

Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, HVAC installation best practices, and basic sheet metal work

Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment

Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record

Strong customer service and communication skills

Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical job duties

Basic computer skills for documentation and job tracking

Ability to commute to North Canton, Ohio and service areas within approximately 40 miles
