2nd Shift - 4-Day Schedule Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM-2:15 AM Overtime: Friday, 8-hour shift as needed

3rd Shift - 4-Day Schedule Sunday-Wednesday, 7:15 PM-5:45 AM Overtime: Thursday, 8-hour shift as needed

Press Operator Responsibilities

As a Press Operator, you will support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include: Operate and monitor press machines Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Record production data Use hand and power tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and spot-welding equipmentAssist with setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance Follow safety procedures and report concerns Support general production tasks as needed Press Operator Requirements

At least 6 months of manufacturing, factory, or production experience Press machine experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Forklift or tow motor experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyLooking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential Benefits and Perks
