Responsibilities:
Post payments, ACH and Checks
Create and send invoices
Post Debits and credits as needed
Research and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing and sales to evaluate client accounts
Responsible to reconcile customer accounts
Qualifications:
One plus years of AR payment posting or cash applications in a corporate or banking environment
Excellent balancing and reconciliations skills
Fast and accurate 10 key and data entry
Team-player attitude
Pay Details: $48,****** to $52,****** per year
