Supporting DOH CDPAP transition as Call Center Auditor

Position Description:

Seeking friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Auditors to manage inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is passionate about helping others and problem solving efficiently.

Additional Skill Level, Experience or Other Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Proven customer support or call center experience is preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have a phone, but laptop will be provided.

Attention to detail a must.

Miscellaneous Information:

Shift Days/Time: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Bus transportation options are available.

Interviews will be conducted in-person or online based on the availability.

Training will be provided.
