Trainee Estate Agent Role:
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will support the sales team with day-to-day operations including viewings, negotiations, and client communications. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry-level role for an ambitious, confident individual with strong people skills and a keen interest in the local property market.

Trainee Estate Agent Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers

• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service

• Support sales negotiations between buyers and sellers

• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems

• Assist with marketing properties and canvassing new business opportunities

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused

• Driven to succeed in a target-driven environment

Desirable:

• Previous sales or customer service experience

• Knowledge of the Reading/Tilhurst area
