Role Description

The ideal candidate is someone with telecom knowledge and/or land development experience and intuitive thinking skills. This is a full-time hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the Lebanon, NJ office. This role will be responsible supporting the design of new site builds.

Responsibilities:

Design of telecom sites from conception to construction, including layout from scratch, antenna mount design&site plan approval Development and review of construction drawings, specifications, and detailing for new and existing cell sites Perform site inspections and condition assessments on existing sites and prepare reports Support the training of Jr Engineers and CAD designers Prepare sketches and perform drafting using AutoCADQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with minimum 2 years’ experience, telecom experience preferred If no degree, must have a minimum of 4 years telecom design experience Land development experience required Experience with developing drawings in AutoCAD Knowledge of building envelope structural componentsKnowledge of construction drawing standards Ability to perform inspections of sites and other structures, both visually and with instruments Ability to record data clearly and write passages for reports, letters, etc. Ability to drive and safely operate a motor vehicle
