Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Associate, you are the face of our organization! You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr

• Employment Type:  Year Round 

• Shift Type:  Full Time and Part Time  hours available

• Minimum Age:  At least 18 years of age 

• Housing Availability:  No 

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, in-person guest service by creating a welcoming and professional atmospher
• Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns
• Research and resolve guest billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with other departments
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English with strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, guest-focused approach
• Proficiency in basic computer systems
• Familiarity with computer hardware and accessories
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
