About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief executive and administrative officer, with a primary focus on operational management, financial stewardship, and strategic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, including staff leadership, program and service delivery, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability through diversified revenue strategies. This role requires a proven executive leader with a strong background in financial and operational management, as well as significant experience in advocacy, government relations, or public policy. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Trustees, engage with members, and represent the organization to external stakeholders, including policymakers. Key priorities for the first 12-24 months include strengthening the financial position, growing membership, and enhancing the organization's advocacy presence.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have an undergraduate degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a CAE designation is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to balance vision with execution.
