Position Overview
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for donor inquiries and supporter communication. Working closely with our Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications teams, you will ensure every interaction is thoughtful, timely, and aligned with our organizational values. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, administrative support, and mission-based engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for all donor and supporter inquiries
Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
Assist in drafting and delivering donor communications and acknowledgments
Support the planning and execution of events, including managing logistics and registration
Maintain accurate donor records in CRM systems and support team members with data entry best practices
Create reports, track engagement metrics, and assist in performance analysis
Help coordinate timelines and priorities for internal teams supporting supporter engagement
Stay informed on nonprofit sector trends and share ideas to improve team performance
Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and donor satisfaction
