Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through manual and automated testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality across platforms.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure that software meets functional, performance, and usability standards.
Write and maintain test scripts for automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress).
Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved or features are updated.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
Generate and maintain QA metrics and reports to monitor test coverage and quality levels.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
