MS Project Server, Fort Belvoir

In this role, you will Serve as an expert in developing workflows, project creation/scheduling, custom solutions, and other ad-hoc support. As the Site Collection Administrator, provide Tier One service desk support to include account, content, and security management. Monitor project progress, sharing data across the team and providing status updates to the customer. Build and maintain Knowledge Management’s (KM) Integrated Master Schedule. Define and establish KM tasks in coordination with the customer. Organize and run recurring meetings to baseline projects and review status of ongoing actions with customer. Other responsibilities are listed below:

• Proficiency in MS Project Server, MS Project Professional, PWA, MS SharePoint 2013, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Windows Operating Systems Apply process analysis, improvement, and re engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
  
• Implement KM initiatives and coordinate KM efforts across PM and subordinate organizations
  
• Implement new solutions and design changes for increased usability
  
• Maintain PWA settings, e. g. Database Administration, Workflow and Task Management, etc
  
• Support content and document management processes
  
• Assist/resolve user issues within the application
  
• Produce and deliver quarterly briefs to customer
  
• Qualifications to act as an Administrator within Project
  
• Write and edit Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
  
• Write testing use case scenarios, conduct functional testing, and manage user testing in the teams testing environment
  

• 
  
• Master’s Degree or Equivalent (four-year college or university) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  
• An Active Secret Clearance
  
• 10+ years of experience building and customizing workflows, creating dashboards, developing reports, performing administration and troubleshooting
  
• Security+ with CE certification
  
• Ability to educate organization on best practices in using MS Project Server, PWA, MS Project Professional, and MS SharePoint
