LHH is partnering with a client in Falls Church, VA looking to bring on a motivated and service-oriented Entry-Level Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic Customer Success team.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment that will begin asap.
In this role, you wont just answer questionsyoull be a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure they receive timely solutions, clear communication, and a consistently high-quality experience.
Youll work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to support a portfolio of valued customers.
Onsite 5 days a week in Falls Church, VA
Pay: $21- $23/hour
Ongoing temporary opportunity with strong potential for long-term fit
Screening: Background check, drug screening, employment verification, and education verification required upon offer
What Youll Do
Serve as a daily point of contact for assigned customers
Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience in every interaction
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
Advocate for customer needs and ensure timely follow-through across departments
Support Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn CRM and software systems
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and solving problems
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone presence)
Critical thinking and willingness to learn new processes
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Prior exposure to commercial real estate or property management is a plus
