DTS System Support Specialist

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a DTS System Support Specialist in support of Army INSCOM G8 Enhanced Programming and Resource Management Support Services (EPRMSS). Duties/ Responsibilities include: Review DTS transactions and provide desk-side support and help desk customer support with DTS technical assistance.Provide support as required for immediate assistance Process newly assigned/departing personnel in DTS and provide administrative support Ensure approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements Prepare documentation to recommend appropriate funding to Lines of Accounting in DTSReview and process Incoming DTS Authorizations/Vouchers and submit to Government personnel for validation Support the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA) Maintain Accounting of Travel Expenditures Conduct reviews of Travel Vouchers Process newly assigned/departing personnel in GTC program, process GTC credit applications, and create/modify user profiles within Citi DirectAssist in GTC account maintenance, and provide desk-side, email, and phone technical assistance with GTC related issues Prepare monthly reports Plan, coordinate and provide DTS training Required Skills/Abilities include: Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications. Minimum two (2) years DTS experience. Experience and knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Financial management Regulations (FMR), Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) Regulations. U.S Citizenship required. Nice to Have Skills include:Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Deltek, SAP, Oracle) for financial reconciliation Familiarity with GFEBS or other DoD financial systems Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Experience developing SOPs, job aids, or training materialsData analysis skills to support trend reporting and issue resolution Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Management OR 10 years of relevant experience Travel Requirement: N/A Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI
