Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Allentown, PA facility to oversee inventory, personnel, and day-to-day operations. This role requires working a 3rd shift schedule, generally from 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM, though start and end times are subject to change by about an hour in either direction depending on business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the Warehouse Director with hiring and training new employees

Schedule and oversee warehouse staff

Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations

Receive, inspect, and store new inventory per policy

Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

Monitor and replenish stock as needed

Ensure accurate stock placement within the warehouse

Coordinate timely inventory transfers for scheduled deliveries

Schedule inbound/outbound inventory movement

Partner with other departments to drive strategic warehouse improvements

Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions when necessary

Enforce operational procedures and safe workplace policies

Ensure preventative maintenance compliance and resolve minor equipment issues
