Job Status/Type: Full-time, year-round
Position Level: Entry Level Management
Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and vacation periods to meet business needs.
Dorney Park is looking a Landscape Lead to join the Maintenance Team. Landscapers perform various landscaping tasks throughout the park, as well as ensure landscaped areas meet standards and use tools and equipment to improve the physical appearance of the park.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Oversee seasonal team to execute all landscape needs of the park
Share your passion for creating a warm and welcoming environment with your team

Notify supervisor of daily performance or any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to include greasing, oiling, and fueling.
Keep work area clean.
Install, maintain, and mow grass.
Install/remove flowering and foliage plants and mulch.
Install/remove trees.
Pruning, trimming and brush removal.
Transplant, water, and fertilize flowers.
Weed and disbud flower beds.
Assist with new construction areas.
Work on irrigation utilities.
Perform various clean-up work.
Operate power equipment such as blowers, mowers, trimmers, clippers.
Operate hand tools such as pruners, lopping shears, shovels, rakes, etc.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
2+ years of leadership experience in the field.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
