Job Summary

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles.

Educate students in the subjects of math and science, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.

Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.

Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and focus among students.

Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.

Teaching Certification Preferred.

Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.

Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learners.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
