Responsibilities
- Manage crew calendars, hotel logistics, and traffic control coordination for the Operations Department
- Review timecards against Daily Performance Reports for payroll accuracy and job costing
- Import and manage data across Well-Bid, Foundation, and Vitruvi platforms
- Support change order processing, submittals, and project close-out packages
- Attend daily Active Job Report meetings with Department Managers to drive jobs to closure
- Maintain meeting notes, action item logs, and billing status reports
Required Skills / Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in utility construction, telecom, or a related environment
- Strong MS Office and Adobe skills
- Solid attention to detail across documentation, data entry, and reporting
- Comfortable working fully on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Foundation Software or Vitruvi experience a plus
