Customer Service Representative (Collision Center)
Scott Cars is looking for a Collision Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Allentown, PA! Dealership experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Reports directly to the Collision Center Manager and assists with the administrative duties within the body shop.Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects and must have excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills. Responsibilities
Answer phones, filing, faxing and print e-mails Schedule estimates and repairs Process repair orders Receipt and cashier payments Review accounts and research missing and late payments Set up customers with rental vehicles Experience: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressStrong organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy Highly professional and dependable Office/Administrative Experience: 1-year experience Job Type: Full Time - Mon thru Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm At the Scott Family of Dealerships we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
