Accounting Manager, Allentown

Job Title
You will lead and evolve our international manufacturing accounting teams located in Costa Rica, Mexico and China.
In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the execution of the accounting strategy within each region, working closely with your leaders, located in each country, to ensure their plans align to corporate goals.
Responsibilities
Lead high performing teams
Build and maintain relationships across the organization
Attract, hire, and develop top talent
Develop strategic plans and drive improvement projects
Be responsible for the general ledger for accounting across multiple legal entities
Complete financial analysis (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Budget, Estimates, Fixed Assets, Inventories)
Balance account reconciliations
Plan and manage the efficient conduct of financial audits
Ensure completion
Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process for these entities
Plan and manage statutory activities and financial compliance across these jurisdictions
Take initiative to problem solve and affect change when needed
Requirements
BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or a Master's degree in Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
Having international experience a plus (e.g. Procomer in Costa Rica, SAT in Mexico, STA in China)
Experience in customs compliance a plus
