Civil EIT – Land Development | Philadelphia Suburbs

Growing civil engineering firm in the Philadelphia suburbs is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join its land development team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience working on a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site design including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility layout
• Prepare construction documents, reports, and permit applications
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Support projects from concept through construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain)
• 0–4 years of experience in land development or site design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
