Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.Collaborate with management to plan special events and seasonal menus. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area. Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary to meet customer expectations. Requirements:

Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a restaurant or bakery setting. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
