The Moscaritolo Agency is hiring a driven, production-focused Account Representative who knows how to generate business and convert opportunity into revenue. With three established office locations across Allentown, Schnecksville, and Bethlehem, our agency has strong market presence and brand recognition. This role will be based in either our Allentown or Schnecksville office. This is not a passive service role. It's a high-impact sales position built for someone who thrives on outbound activity, strong follow-up, and confidently asking for the business. Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and health policies Conduct coverage reviews that uncover cross-sell and bundle opportunities Proactively follow up on quotes to maximize conversion ratios Build and maintain a strong book of businessDeliver strong customer service while maintaining a sales-first mindset Track production metrics and consistently hit (or exceed) goals Contribute directly to individual and agency revenue growth Production matters.
