JOB DESCRIPTION COPY SUPERVISOR Creative Department Reports to : SVP, Group Creative Director, Copy Job Summary A Copy Supervisor is an expert in core function and successfully mentors other members of the copy staff. They participate in shaping strategy, show strong conceptual abilities, and offer unique solutions to challenges. They are experts on their brands and fully understand the regulatory environment that these brands reside in. They are comfortable showcasing knowledge during client interactions and bringing out the imaginations of their team members. Supervisors are expected to play a role in maintaining overall team morale and provide adept support during new business pitches and internal initiatives while balancing day-to-day work. Additionally, the Copy Supervisor embodies the CalciumCompany’s core values of commitment, integrity, and respect, both in their work and in their relationships with their co-workers and external clients. Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following) Works independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects Articulates a clear direction to copy partners, direct reports, or junior staff Possesses expert knowledge of the science to use it innovatively Master’s nuances of the work and shows ability to think on feet.
