Job description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced

Grading Foreman

to lead and actively participate in grading and earthwork operations. This position requires hands-on fieldwork while supervising crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications. Responsibilities: Perform and oversee daily grading and earthwork operations Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, blades, loaders, skid steers, etc.Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevations Set grades, slopes, and drainage according to project plans Lead, train, and supervise crew members on site Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA regulations Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectorsPerform daily equipment and site inspections Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and reports Qualifications: Minimum

5+ years

experience in grading and earthwork Prior

foreman or lead
