JWF Industries is currently seeking TIG and MIG Welders of all levels to join our growing team in Johnstown, PA. This is a first shift position (5am-3:15am or 6am-4:15am) and is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision welding, quality workmanship, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project deadlines Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year of TIG welding experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workManufacturing or fabrication experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation&Benefits: Pay ranges from $23.00 - $30.00+ per hour based on experience Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and more Stable, long-term career opportunity with a respected local manufacturer Opportunities for advancement and skill developmentJoin a company that values hard work, craftsmanship, and employee growth.
