Responsibilities:
Advise clients on immigration options, including visas, green cards, asylum, removal defense, and naturalization processes. Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, applications, affidavits, and supporting evidence with strong attention to detail. Represent clients in hearings before immigration courts and USCIS.Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain accurate case files and documentation in accordance with office procedures. Stay informed on updates in immigration law, policy changes, and regulatory developments affecting client matters.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in any U.S. state. 1 year of experience in Immigration Law (Required) Proven experience handling immigration law cases from start to finish. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent writing and drafting abilities for legal documents, briefs, and correspondence.Demonstrated negotiation and advocacy skills. General knowledge of related practice areas such as family law, employment law, landlord-tenant law, personal injury, workers' compensation, estate planning, and litigation practices. Familiarity with legal administrative processes and immigration case procedures.Fluency in Spanish (required). Benefits:
