Blaster Painter Helper, Gray

POSITION SUMMARY The Blaster/Painter Helper is responsible for assisting other employees in a safe manner at the Fabrication facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (This is a representative list of the duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.) Assist other employees by performing various duties or tasks Clean all blasting and painting equipment Ensure that water coolers are filled as needed Maintain clean working areas and practice good housekeeping Clean and return tools and equipment to proper place after use Obey and follow all safety rules and policies Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE) Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent education Basic level written and verbal communication skills Must be reliable and have good time management skills For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services PHYSICAL DEMANDS Stand– Frequently Sit – Occasionally Use Hands – Frequently Climb – Occasionally Kneel – Occasionally Lift/Carry over – Frequently (up to 50 lbs.)
