Program: Amarillo, Texas – Outpatient Biopsychosocial Intervention (OBI)
Salary range: $58,****** - $66,****** Annually
Shift available: Full-time

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
Responsible for direct care, administrative supervision and oversight of contract requirements in the Outpatient Biopsychosocial Intervention
Provides service coordination, proper assessment, treatment planning, biopsychosocial case management service interventions to a caseload according to local policy and procedure, TPC Community Standards, Medicaid guidelines, and HCS standards.
Collaborate with the IDD and Behavioral Health teams to ensure a cross-systems biopsychosocial approach is used when providing skills training and case management.
Educate and train community mental health partners, substance use partners, and others involved in mental health on techniques and training resources.
Provide referrals within the community for appropriate consultations.
Provide skills training to individuals in the program, parents, and support systems.
Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments.
Develop recovery-focused, strength-based treatment plan that is person-centered and includes the individual's vulnerabilities and triggers from a biopsychosocial perspective.
Monitor the progress towards the desired outcomes identified by the team of individuals assigned and will document in regular monitoring/review tools, which will be submitted in a timely manner to adhere to documentation requirements.
Travel across the 21 counties of the Texas Panhandle to assist and manage caseload/Travel is required within TPC's 21 county catchment area daily to provide treatment services.
Our regional clinics are in Borger, Clarendon, Dumas, Hereford, Pampa, & Perryton.
Maintain same day next day documentation requirements and a 95% or higher compliance average for all individuals served
Other essential functions and tasks necessary to carry out the purposes of the position will be required.
Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised
Minimum qualifications to be successful in job:
Must have a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral, or human service field including, but not limited to, psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, education, and criminal justice for Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) credentialing
A minimum of one (1) year experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities required.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in guiding program delivery, supervising or leading a program/team
Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience
