We are two married working professionals seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support us in managing a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities.
Position Overview
The Personal Assistant will help streamline our personal and professional lives by handling day-to-day tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring smooth operation of household-related duties.
You will work directly with us and regularly coordinate with our housekeeper, handyman, vendors, and service providers.
Primary Responsibilities
Administrative & Communication Support
Manage calls, emails, messages, and follow-ups
Maintain lists, reminders, calendars, and project notes
Schedule and confirm appointments, events, and travel
Assist with personal and professional project coordination
Coordinate with our housekeeper and handyman
Run errands (shopping, returns, pickups, deliveries)
Assist with transportation on occasion
What We're Looking For
Ideal backgrounds include:
Personal assistant
Receptionist or administrative role
Retail, hospitality, transportation, or restaurant industry
Housekeeping/household management
Requirements:
Stable work history — no pattern of frequent job changes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and follow through without constant supervision
Background check
No education requirements.
