Applicant with industrial commercial laundry experience in service and sales. That person will be running a department for multiple laundry locations across the country. The perfect candidate must be willing to travel as needed to expand and improve our laundry operations. They must be computer savvy and can create weekly/monthly and quarterly reports that will be sent to the executive group.The director will train employees in doing the proper daily paperwork and standardize our service department procedures. Train sales techniques in the service/sales departments for profitable company growth. These reports will show weekly results for each location for Payroll to Revenue, new sales, any lost business, and give a snapshot of the locations’ daily findings. Put all accounts under a service agreement that may not be under one currently, etc. The person would be able to show and train both the Service Reps as well as any Sales Reps. on what to do to get good leads, follow up on leads and close on leads. The person will standardize our agreements to have all A/R, pricing, terms and delivery charges on them. Area locations would be able to adjust them to their area with the person’s approval.
