Who doesn't want to live RENT FREE! PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full Time Property Manager for an amazing 304-unit apartment community located in Carson, CA. Offering a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment!

Compensation: $28.00-$34.00 per hour./ 40 hours/week. Free 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment valued at $2,950 per month

Job Requirements Include: A minimum of 3 plus years experience managing 250-unit plus Class A property. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list Proven ability to market and lease apartments. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to live on-site.
