Start the application process today to begin a rewarding career in the automotive industry!Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance, greet customers with a smile, and escalate customer complaints to the service advisor to resolve Ensure accurate billing records and sales by maintaining control of the cash register and daily cash flow Answer questions about costs and services, print receipts, and issue refunds for customers, as neededProactively resolve and reconcile unpaid, declined, or outstanding service payments and document transactions in the dealership computer system Provide exemplary customer service while efficiently and professionally fielding phone calls to deliver a positive buyer experience Qualifications Strong cash register, clerical, and basic computer skills are a mustShould enjoy working with people and display strong customer service skills A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required Prior experience as a service cashier or working with money considered a plus Fundamental math skills are necessary to successfully calculate payments and fees, reconcile outstanding billing, and issue refundsCompensation $12 - $14 per hour About Street Toyota "Where Quality is a Tradition," Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas, was established in 1983.
