Geospatial Data, Inc. (GDI) is seeking a licensed Texas Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Civil Engineering team in Amarillo, TX.
This is a senior-level role for a Civil Engineer who wants autonomy, real responsibility, and the opportunity to lead projects from planning through constructionnot just design behind a desk.
The ideal candidate brings expert experience in municipal and commercial development, public infrastructure, and client-facing leadership.
You will serve as a key technical and professional representative of the firm, working directly with clients, cities, counties, architects, developers, and elected/appointed bodies.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Engineer of Record
Lead commercial and municipal civil design projects
Design water, wastewater, sewer, and lift station systems
Coordinate with clients, architects, and city/county staff
Present before planning & zoning commissions and city councils
Manage projects from concept through construction
Maintain strict client confidentiality
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (Texas)
Minimum 4 years of experience
Strong municipal and commercial development experience
Excellent communication skills
