Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a friendly, polished, and professional Front Desk Role for a 3-month contract. As the face of the office, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff—playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.
Contract length: 3 Months
Location: Anaheim, CA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Monitor and manage office supply levels; place orders as needed

  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate schedules for internal use

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and preparing documents

What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
