Accounting Assistant (Detail-Driven, High-Accuracy Role) Anaheim, CA (On-Site) $24–$28/hour (DOE) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Be Responsible For Enter and reconcile vendor invoices, customer payments, and credit card transactions Manage accounts payable and receivable with a high level of accuracy Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies (not just flag them) Process returns, refunds, and shipping claims (UPS/FedEx)Communicate professionally with vendors and customers regarding billing issues

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Transactions entered with

near-zero errors Discrepancies caught

before

they impact customers or reporting Organized systems that allow fast retrieval of any document Reduced need for oversight from management

What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR experience Strong Excel and computer skills Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software (preferred) Exceptional attention to detail (this will be tested) Strong sense of ownership — you fix problems, not pass them alongReliable, punctual, and consistent
