Job Title

The job duties include: Observes and investigates construction at all stages to identify problems, report potential problems, and take timely action to recommend changes to solve problems. Monitors contractor's quality control program and performance of contractor's quality control personnel. Maintains daily contact with contractors to coordinate plans, efforts and objectives, to discuss possible changes, and to exchange views on construction, methods and procedures.Coordinates construction activity between contractors and base utility managers and keeps project managers of using agency fully informed of all developments on the job.
