Position Overview:

eShocan is seeking a skilled Validation Engineer with expertise in HV Battery Instrumentation and Testing. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the Design Validation (DV) plan for HV Battery Components and support testing activities at supplier facilities.

Required Experience:

3-5 years of experience in HV Battery Instrumentation and Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the Design Validation (DV) plan for HV Battery Components.

Provide support for testing activities at supplier facilities.

Develop and implement validation plans for individual components and sub-components within the HV Battery system.

Ensure that all validation activities align with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve component-level issues and ensure effective testing and validation processes.

Analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions to enhance component performance.

Manage additional related tasks as assigned.
